Information for your purchase

1. Please activate "Cookies" in your browser, otherwise purchasing online is not possible.
2. A temporary cookie will be placed in the form of a session ID. After leaving silberbauer.at, the cookie will be deactivated. This cookie is necessary to ensure that after your order your shopping cart contains your selected items. Depending on the used browser, you have the possibility to select the settings for cookies. Please accept cookies for your purchase at silberbauer.at
3. On the product site you have the possibility to place your selected article directly in the shopping cart by clicking on the button
   
4. If you select an article, it will be first added to your pending order. You still have the possibility to change or delete selected items from your cart! You can find your shopping cart with the actual purchase value at the upper right corner of the website.
   
5. You have the possibility to save your data during the order process (register). Storing your data eases the order process for your next purchase, as the necessary data can be retrieved from the database. (The data is only used for orders placed via the website silberbauer.at).
6. When storing your data, you receive an order confirmation with your login details including an automatically generated access code. This access reduces the order process for the next purchase as you do not need to enter your data again. Please use therefore the "Log in" button in the upper right corner of the website and enter your access code. As registered user you can put every article on your memory list. During your next visit you can place the article(s) in your shopping cart or also delete it/them from the memory list.
7. In case you forgot your access code, you can request it again via e-mail.
8. At the end of the purchase order, all data are displayed for a final check. Only after clicking on the button "Buy now" the selected items will be ordered at a fee.
   
9. The successful order will be confirmed immediately on the website. You will receive an email with your order to the provided email address within a short period of time. Please contact us if you do not receive any email due to any reasons beyond our sphere of influence (e.g. transmission errors, system down of mail server, etc.).
10. If you leave silberbauer.at before completing your order, your shopping cart will be deleted!
